Everything you need to feel more like you

Let’s talk about something that often gets brushed under the rug when you’re facing hair loss from what ever reason: how you feel. Not just physically, but emotionally. Because losing your hair isn’t just about appearance—it can be about identity, control, and confidence. It can feel like everything’s changing, all at once. And that’s where we come in.

At The Murphy Project CIC, we’re not just offering you a box of “stuff.” We’re offering you a moment. A small but powerful reminder that you deserve to feel good, look good, and take up space in the world with your head held high—even if it’s wrapped in a turban today instead of hair.

We’ve put together a Reduced Price Care Package for just £35, and we’re proud of every thoughtful detail that’s gone into it. Every item in this bundle is handpicked for quality, comfort, and impact. We’ve worked with brands that understand what you’re going through, and care about making things a little bit easier. Whether you’re just starting your treatment or supporting someone who is, this care package is here to lift you up.

What’s Inside?

Each Reduced Price Care Package includes:

  • 1x Eadiechops Organic Headwear with Bow
Designed with soft, breathable, organic cotton, this isn’t just a headwrap—it’s a statement of style, comfort, and self-expression. We offer three choices to suit your mood and personality: a bold print, a colourful pop, or a neutral classic. Whether you’re feeling fierce or just want something gentle and easy, there’s a turban here for you.

  • 1x Set of Eylure C-Lash False Eyelashes
Specially designed for people experiencing lash loss, these lashes are lightweight, easy to apply, and add that little sparkle that says, “Yes, I am still fabulous, thank you for noticing.”

  • 1x Sheet of Eyebrow Tattoo Transfers by Zara Lena Jackson Cosmetics
When brows go missing, it can make a surprising difference to how you feel in the mirror. These beautifully designed eyebrow tattoos help restore symmetry, shape, and a sense of you-ness—and they look stunningly natural.

Each item is included because we’ve either used it ourselves, tested it with the community, or had someone we trust swear by it. No filler. No fluff. Just the things that actually make a difference when you’re standing in front of the mirror and want to see yourself again.

And just so you know – when you buy a care package, you're doing more than just getting a beautifully put-together box of feel-good essentials. You're giving someone else a lift too. £5 from every order goes straight back into The Murphy Project CIC, which means more care packages, more well-being days, and more support for people who really need it. It’s a bit like giving your future self (or someone else’s nan) a reassuring hug and a cuppa—without the awkwardness.

Thanks to You (and a Little Lottery Magic)

We’re incredibly grateful to say that because of our first grant from the Welsh National Lottery Community Fund, we’re able to offer 300 completely free care packages to people affected by cancer across Ceredigion. That means if you or someone you know is based in West Wales and facing hair loss due to treatment, you may be eligible to receive a care package at no cost whatsoever.

We know that cancer doesn’t just hit you physically—it can impact your finances, your mental health, your energy levels. Sometimes spending £35 feels like a luxury, even if it’s for something that lifts your spirits. So we’re removing that barrier where we can, thanks to this funding. Because everyone deserves dignity, support, and a bit of sparkle.

To check your eligibility or to apply for a free care package, simply contact us. No long forms, no judgement—just people here to help.

Why These Items? Why This Package?

You might be wondering—why these three things? What’s so special about a turban, lashes, and brows?

Because we’ve seen what they do.

We’ve worked with women who walked into our workshops hunched over with exhaustion and left standing tall in a mirror, smiling at their reflection for the first time in weeks. We’ve seen carers tear up because “finally, she sees herself again.” This care package may not change the diagnosis, but it can change the day.

Each piece speaks to confidence. To choice. To saying “I’m still here, and I’m still me.”

And at £35, we’ve priced it as accessibly as possible while still using high-quality, ethically sourced materials from small businesses and creators who genuinely care. You’re not just buying a care package—you’re investing in comfort, community, and confidence.

This Isn’t Just About Products—It’s About People

We don’t see you as a number on a list or a box to tick. The Murphy Project is a Community Interest Company because community really is at the centre of everything we do. From support groups to wellness days, art exhibitions to headwear tutorials, we’re always looking for new ways to support people going through something tough—with a bit of grace, humour, and humanity.

These care packages are a core part of that. But they’re also a springboard. They’re a starting point for many people who then join us at a well-being day, hop onto an online chat, or recommend us to someone they love.

It’s not just about what’s in the box. It’s about saying, “You’re not alone.”

How to Order

Want to donate a care package to someone else? That’s an option too. You can pay it forward, and we’ll make sure your act of kindness lands in the hands of someone who really needs it. It’s one of the most direct, beautiful ways you can support a person going through one of the hardest times in their life.

Let’s Keep the Conversation Going

If this page has made you feel something—hope, relief, curiosity, even a bit of “yes, finally!”—then don’t let the moment pass. Reach out. Say hi. Order a box. Ask a question. Share a story. That’s how real community is built.

Because at The Murphy Project, it’s not about ticking boxes. It’s about unpacking them—together.
